PERFECT SERVICE, PRODUCT, PRICE, OVERALL EXPERIENCE! You could not ask for a better professional a more trustworthy person than Matthias Klein. He not only met our expectation but went far beyond excellent service! He listens perfectly, offers the best alternatives, works very fast, uses the finest equipment so that the entire house had virtually NO DUST. We were astounded at the cleanliness. His sanding and board replacement was flawless and the finish was done with such artisanship that he would check surface temperature. He also provided us with amazing red oak baseboards. He uses the best grade of hardwoods, and with Bona stain, we have never seen floors look so nice. Matthias’ pricing was also a very pleasant surprise. I would recommend Klein Flooring without hesitation to anyone. They were the single best experience we’ve had with home professionals at any time, ever.
